Axiom Blue / Equipment records

Landscaping and lawn-care equipment records: keep mower and tool maintenance clear

Use AxiomBlue’s asset register on Basic or Professional to identify the mower and grounds tools, keep notes and service references, update status and review custody. Maintenance assessment and equipment-use controls remain your responsibility; the register is not an automatic repair or calibration system.

Keep the mower and grounds tools handover in AxiomBlue’s asset register

  1. Add the mower/trimmer identity, model, serial and depot/ute Location in AxiomBlue’s asset register on Basic or Professional. Keep applicable service instructions and history references in Notes rather than under a single mowing customer.
  2. After a fault, record the issue and service-provider reference and set the appropriate asset Status. Keep the booked service and its completed result distinct; use manufacturer instructions or the relevant assessment for the next action.
  3. Check the item’s record and custody before the next round. Record return condition when using Check In and communicate any unresolved fault through your equipment-use controls; the same workflow serves lawn care without another copy of the guide.

Give similar-looking tools separate identities

Record your ID, manufacturer, model and serial number where available. Identify the person responsible for the history and where instructions are kept. For hired equipment, confirm the owner and responsibilities separately. The property schedule does not tell you which mower was used.

Use the item’s actual maintenance basis

Capture a usage reading where relevant and reliable, or another service basis specified for that equipment. Retain the date, work performed and evidence. Do not assume software reads operating hours or supplies a correct interval for every machine.

  • Equipment ID and manufacturer reference
  • Applicable instructions
  • Recorded use reading where relevant
  • Fault and service outcome
  • Assessed availability and next action owner

Test the record before tomorrow’s round

Illustrative case: a mower reports a fault after the last lawn. Record the issue, follow your equipment controls and review the replacement needed for tomorrow’s access conditions. Retain the assessment or repair outcome when available. The round remains provisional until suitable equipment and people are ready.

Keep the record separate from permission to use the equipment

Use manufacturer instructions and the applicable competent assessment to decide inspection, maintenance and return to service. Follow your process for isolating or withdrawing unsafe equipment; a software status is not a physical control. Check requirements with the relevant state or territory authority where needed.

AxiomBlue Basic and Professional include an asset register with equipment identity, notes, status and custody history. Keep fault and service references in the asset notes or the relevant job and document records, then update the status through your process. Test how the evidence can be found before adopting the setup. Uploads need a paid plan. Do not assume sensor readings, live equipment location or a repair decision is supplied automatically.
