Select the day and crews, inspect the job details and use a runsheet for the planned work. Professional adds route optimisation for reviewing the order of visits.

AxiomBlue’s crew scheduling software proposes who should do each trade job and when, using job duration, existing bookings, working hours and travel. On Professional, crew skills and approved leave also shape the plan. Review the assignments, warnings and unplaced work before you apply it.

03 / Recurring jobs & services

Schedule recurring jobs and review each visit

Use a recurring job series for regular service work, with individual visits you can schedule, complete and review. AxiomBlue recurring series require Professional. When a visit moves, is skipped or needs extra work, check that visit and the customer’s service agreement before billing. Repeating jobs and recurring invoice templates are separate workflows.

Recurring job series require Professional at $59 AUD for the first seat per month, excluding GST; additional seats receive graduated discounts. Free and Basic support individual jobs and scheduling; copying an individual job is separate from a recurring series. 04 / Assets & service records

Know which equipment you have and who has it.

AxiomBlue gives equipment its own asset record for identification, category, status and assignment. Record check-outs and returns to review custody, and retain purchase and warranty details with the asset. Keep the work performed on equipment in the relevant job records, so the register and service work remain understandable.

Use AxiomBlue on iPhone and Android to check your work, open the job details and record time and materials against the job. Paid plans add photo and document uploads. Review the saved work record before billing, and confirm that changes and uploads have synced when the phone reconnects.
