What's included in the free plan?
Free is for one user: up to 10 jobs a week, 10 quotes and 10 invoices a month, and 25 customers and 25 leads. It includes core quoting, individual scheduling, job records, invoicing, receivables, the price book, job time recording and mobile access. Job photo and document uploads start on Basic. Advanced Professional features require that plan. Free has no time limit and needs no credit card.
Is there really no credit card required?
Correct. Sign up on the free plan, run real jobs through it, and only enter payment details if and when you decide to upgrade. There is no clock on it, no card, and no automatic charge.
What counts as a seat?
A seat provides access for one team member, including office staff, field workers and managers. Review assigned people and purchased seats in Subscription & Billing. Unassigning someone does not itself reduce the purchased quantity; review and confirm the subscription change separately.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Review available plan and seat changes in Subscription & Billing. Check the change quote for the amount due now, next recurring amount and effective date before confirming. A change to monthly or annual billing can have a different timing from a plan or seat change. Subscriptions purchased through an app store are managed there.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is prepaid for the year. The first seat is $240 AUD per year on Basic or $490 AUD per year on Professional, excluding GST. Additional seats use the graduated discount. Review the total, billing period and any adjustment shown in your billing quote before confirming a change.
Are there any setup fees or lock-in contracts?
None. No setup fees, no implementation charges, no minimum contract length. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
Are prices GST-inclusive?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST (10%) is added at checkout. A valid tax invoice is provided for every payment.
What if I need more storage?
Basic includes 500 MB of storage and Professional 10 GB. Job photo and document uploads require a paid plan. If your business needs more capacity, contact the team to check available options and charges before relying on an increased limit.
