Simple, Transparent Pricing

One user, up to 10 jobs a week, 10 quotes and 10 invoices a month, and up to 25 customers and 25 leads. Everything else matches Basic - leads, quoting, job scheduling, invoicing, receivables, the price book, time tracking, and the iPhone and Android apps - with your logo and GST on every quote and invoice. The one thing it doesn't include is uploading photos and documents to a job; that starts on Basic. There's no time limit and no credit card, and you move up to $29 a seat when the work outgrows it.

Correct. Sign up on the free plan, run real jobs through it, and only enter payment details if and when you decide to upgrade. There is no clock on it, no card, and no automatic charge.

A seat is one named user account. Office staff, field techs, and managers each use a seat. You only pay for active users - if someone leaves, reassign or remove their seat and your next invoice adjusts automatically.

Yes. Upgrade immediately and you'll only be charged the difference. Downgrade at any time and the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

Annual billing is invoiced once per year at the discounted rate - around 30% less than paying monthly ($240/seat/year on Basic, $490/seat/year on Professional). You can add or remove seats during the year and we'll prorate accordingly.

None. No setup fees, no implementation charges, no minimum contract length. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST (10%) is added at checkout. A valid tax invoice is provided for every payment.

Storage add-ons are available on all plans. Contact our support team and we can expand your storage limit without requiring a plan change.
