Is there really no credit card required for the trial?
Correct. Sign up, explore the full platform, and only enter payment details when you're ready to continue after the 14 days. No card, no automatic charge.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one named user account. Office staff, field techs, and managers each use a seat. You only pay for active users - if someone leaves, reassign or remove their seat and your next invoice adjusts automatically.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade immediately and you'll only be charged the difference. Downgrade at any time and the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is invoiced once per year at the discounted rate - 15% less than paying monthly. You can add or remove seats during the year and we'll prorate accordingly.
Are there any setup fees or lock-in contracts?
None. No setup fees, no implementation charges, no minimum contract length. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Enterprise customers can also request invoice billing on net-30 terms.
Are prices GST-inclusive?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST (10%) is added at checkout. A valid tax invoice is provided for every payment.
What if I need more storage?
Storage add-ons are available on all plans. Contact our support team and we can expand your storage limit without requiring a plan change.
